• Evaluate the functional participation of preschool students (ages 3-5) in the classroom to determine need for OT services
• Use play-based and standardized assessments to assess and monitor student skills and areas of development
• Collaborate with a transdisciplinary team to determine educational eligibility for special education services, develop child-centered goals as part of an Individualized Education Plan (IEP), and collect data to progress monitor goals throughout the school year

• Conducted standardized evaluations, in addition to parent interviews and clinical observations, to determine and monitor level of functioning (Bailey Scales of Infant Development, Infant and Toddler Sensory Profile, Ages and Stages Questionnaire, HELP Checklist)

Autism Diagnostic Clinic (Child Development Unit)

• Participated on a comprehensive evaluation team for Autism and other developmental disorders under the coordination of a clinical psychologist
• Determined levels of functioning through clinical observation, parent interview and with standardized parent and child evaluation tools, (Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scales, Sensory Profile-2, Bruininks-Oseretsky Test of Motor Proficiency and the Peabody Developmental Motor Scales
• Developed treatment recommendations and community resources for families and professionals based on family preferences and individual needs
