• Ensured streamlined operations across 50+ Government Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) and executed performance appraisal for government transformation projects, leading to the timely delivery of key priority projects of the administration.
• Provided insights on the KPIs driving the transport sector across 5 administrative districts and made recommendations on improvement measures
• Supported various government bodies to articulate roadmaps in alignment with the state development plans. Some of these strategy plans influenced policy formulations and bill amendments.
