Laminator on moving lines. Followed all layup instructions in Work Orders. Revised all material expiration dates, match materials to mandrels called on work orders. Worked on plaster and metal molds. Familiarity with high temp, kevlar, 8/80 and carbon fiber materials, adhesives and different types of core. Used bagging materials and gages for compactions. Trained new hires.

Picked and packed Starbucks sandwiches. Beginning of the shift will start by using a electric pallet jack to go into freezer and move pallets to my work station. Set up pallets in order. Verified expirations dates on products. After setting and verifying I would proceed with picking routes. Always completed my work before tack time and was able to take on extra work in different areas of the warehouse. Trained new hires.

Go over work order instructions. Picked all material required for lay up. Verify all serial numbers match to work order (mandrel, honeycomb, templates and material kit). Verifying expiration dates. Clean and frekote tool such as plaster, composite or metal. Proceed to hand lay up, using tools like scissors, retracting knifes, sweeps, scales, heat gun, and colored pencils. Bagged final lay up product utilizing vacuum bag sealant, low/ high temperature bag, peel ply, breather and vacuum ports followed by a gage. I was giving the opportunity to trained new hires.

Laminator for the first year. Started in a moving line got trained by Lead. Did lay up on plaster molds with different types of materials such as high temp, kevlar and 8/80, adhesives and honeycomb. Templates, scissors, sweeps, retracting knifes, scales and heat gun were required to get the work done. Then got promoted to be a lead.
