- Responsibility: As the Adoption Team Lead, I'm responsible for how well our adoption team is doing. I make sure they're up to date with any promotions, new ideas, or events we're having. Basically, I keep everyone on track so we can help more pets find their forever homes.
- Customer service : The main goal is to ensure that each of our pets finds a loving, forever home. As a team lead i ensure my team is following our customer service protocol. This includes signing a waiver every time any of our team member is doing a meet and greet. Make sure they are explains or adoption contract correctly, as well as vaccines records and any other waivers the pet might required at the time of adoption.
- Training new Employees: I have experience training new employees both for adoptions and kennel techs. I have been training employees since 2017, some of them have been in our company for years.
- Learn the policy and protocol from all the departments in PVAS: I have a strong understanding of how each department within PVAS operates and the policies they follow. I'm well-versed in the protocols and procedures of all departments, having gained comprehensive knowledge about their functions.

- Playgroups: The adoption team was in charge of doing playgroups every morning at Andrews before opening to the public. This will help the pets get their stressed out of the way and will be calmer at the time of adoption.
- Spotlights: Created engaging posts to highlight long-overstay (LOS) dogs, including capturing photos and videos to showcase their personalities. Developed compelling descriptions to attract potential adopters, increasing visibility and engagement on social media platforms. Collaborated with the team to ensure consistent messaging and promote successful adoptions.
