My job was to review, test and evaluate products before sending to the customer or when they were received. My main goal is to ensure that they comply with established standards, preventing failures and guaranteeing customer satisfaction.

• Processed inbound shipments at receiving dock.
• Picked customer orders accurately from inventory.
• Managed inventory levels and organization.

• Controlled quality of merchandise and identified product defects.
• Making sure order quantities are perfect before shipping and proper products are shipped per customer order.

• Responsibilities included scanning barcodes, customer order preparation, retrieving customer orders from warehouse inventory, preparing packages for shipping.
• Gained great experience working in customer service and using computer bar scanners.

• I was responsible for package handling, physical loading and sorting of all items of varying sizes and weights that included pushing, pulling, lifting while using proper bodily mechanics.
