Throughout my lifetime my future career goal and aspiration is to always help people in any way possible, in my life I've always been surrounded by the environment of helping others whether it is my family, friends, or other individuals I always constantly been surrounded through service work. Ever since I was a kid I always had the imagination of helping people every time going into the hospital or volunteer service area gave me the imaginations of what I wanted to do in life and finding jobs that not only my interests and helping people in a broader setting but also give me the higher experience that I have always wanted two achieve and help positively impact society throughout my life. In college, I spent my freshman and sophomore years participating in different science clubs one being the chemistry club Where I got to learn skills such as good teamwork skills, problem-solving skills, and organizational skills. An example leading to me Learning these skills was a time when as a group we had to create a chemical reaction and have different types of medicine in which we would extract the chemical liquid to have it mixed with the medicine and how each medicine dissolves within each different liquid, and as a group, we were all given tasks one was taking notes about the number of milliliters we were pouring into the medicine and one was spreading out the medicine and cutting them up to reveal the inside powder and during that day we were filled with constant feedback on the different responses we were getting within our experiment and we suddenly ran up with a problem which cost are experiment to create an unwanted reaction, and based on this unwanted reaction we were tasked on problem-solving, in which I had to figure out how we would extract the unwanted reaction and re-apply the same output to get it in the right position possible so using problem-solving I got to extract the already put in medicine with the chemical liquid distracting it out of the beaker, and adding in a different mixture of chemical reaction when pouring in the chemical reaction along with the new tab of medicine we came up on a couple minutes of waiting, and we finally got the positive reaction we were looking for in which the medicine was completely dissolved into a clear liquid and didn't have any small sparks floating around the surface. In the end, this Experience gave me a boost in creating good teamwork- problem-solving skills. Now in my junior year, I’ve also joined a pre-medical program on campus to further my skills and grow in my career path. I would like to highlight my involvement in academic achievements I've gotten through joining the chemistry club, in which I was selected off on my hard work ethic and good teamwork communication skills, highlighting the amount of knowledge and expertise I have built through joining the club fit for my career path. During my time in the chemistry club, I gathered some improved leadership experience after I pointed out suggestions to the group on how we should approach the second execution of our lab with my chemistry professor.
During my time working as a customer service representative at Cub Foods, I gained a lot of good feedback from customers and employees. giving me statements like how hard of a worker, I was and how I was dedicated in serving customers, asking questions or looking for a solution to customers needs. increasing my importance to the store. one of the things that made me stand out was the amount of increased "customer retention rates" I made in which majority of previous workers in customer service quit the job leading to a very low presence, then my manager gave me the task to take the leading position of being a customer service employee and I happily accepted the position and it restored the impactful momentum we had in the past, instead of hiring new people, my boss saw potential in the way I treated customers from the other position I had the store , which having these skill's made me a selected candidate for the job.
