I was chosen by Columbia Southern University Board to be nominated for the Leadership Program. I was mentored and had to opportunity to mentor others. I participated team/leadership programs, the class was 8weeks and for the eight weeks , I told my story about why I chose to continue my education and why I gave 100% taking my classes. I went over how to maintain good leadership skills under pressure. how to be productive in a low motivated workplace. How to train employers productively while working alongside them.
