  •  Assist RM, CFM, SDRM, In-Market BDMs, CBDMs and SDBDMs with special projects, preparation of presentations, custom reports (outside Central Information Group responsibilities) or other needs as directed by the Sales Supervisor to support the field or in-house sales activity. 
  • Work with RMs and SDRMs to develop In-Market and Select Regional sales contests and promotions including obtaining the proper approval, creation of program announcements and maintaining sales data to track, report and communicate program results to the sales team and dealer body.
  • Track and reconcile In-Market and Select Regional sales budgets utilizing the Sales Incentive Rate Promotion Reconciliation Tool and ensure compliance with tax reporting requirements including the completion of all taxation letters and forwarding of those letters to the appropriate parties.
  • Generate and distribute Market Area, In-Market and Select Regional reports and requested ad-hoc analysis (outside Central Information Group responsibilities).
  • Maintain and distribute dealer correspondence including dealer bulletins, rate actions, contest updates, and all other forms and letters as directed by the In-Market and Select Regional Sales Teams. Ensure all outgoing correspondence is professional and on company approved letterhead.
  • Participate in the preparation of Market Area, and In-Market and Select Regional Sales Plans as directed by the Sales Supervisor.
  • Maintain and update BDM dealer assignments, ‘who to contact’ lists and dealer directories as required.
  • Maintain key dealership contact information in Salesforce.com and Sales Team contact information in DISNE
