Provided screening, assessing, treatment and client education. Collected specimens to send to state lab for testing. Worked closely with Harold's House, Women's Crisis Center, Brown Family Health Center, Angelina County Jail and different doctor's offices and clinics to get individuals tested and/or treated. Also, did monthly state reports and ordered medication from state lab.


When working in primary health care gave injections, provided wound care, did occult blood testing, changed foley catheters and numerous other nursing duties under provider's orders.
