Responsible for disassemble and clean all ovens, stoves, grills, and deep fat fryers; properly reassemble when cleaning is concluded. Strain and refill grease in fryers as needed. Wipe, clean, and polish all stoves, hoods, and stove vents. I also work as kitchen worker.

Also assisting the bartender when necessary, transferred supplies from storage area to maintain stock levels at bar, Refilling ice bin as required, maintained bar clean and organized.
