I see myself as a highly devoted individual, aspiring to be a role model that others can look up to. Once I commit, I stay committed. My strong sense of responsibility goes hand in hand with my sociable nature, I genuinely enjoy engaging with people and making connections through meaningful conversations and tend to take over any project I'm given and take a leadership role whenever an opportunity is handed to me. I love to listen to others' input and see what they think of my ideas which gives a lot of space for growth and feedback. I think being empathic and confident in my ideas has helped me in my roles as I'm able to listen to others well and understand how they want to participate and communicate. People skills are super important in any leadership or group role to maintain a healthy relationship with the people you're working with and also get jobs done well.
