  • Took off any pins or tags that were on the carcass to avoid foreign objects being delivered to the customer

  • As a Package Handler I would multitask
  • At the beginning of he shift I would have to scan the trucks that I was assigned to
  • On a busy day I would have three trucks on a slow day I would load two trucks
  • I would have to look for the sticker with the number of my assigned truck on the box in order to scan it into the truck
  • Scanning the packets was very important because it would let the driver know what packets they were delivering
  • Once the boxes were scanned I would have to place them in numerical order inside the truck
  • Everything had to be done in a matter of seconds because the conveyor is still moving
  • If the boxes from your truck passed me i would have to go down to get them and place them where they belong
  • There were boxes that had a hazard those were scanned to the truck but were placed under the belt due to safety regulations
  • I would repeat this until all the packets for the day were all loaded
  • Maintained a safe work environment by adhering to company policies and guidelines for proper lifting techniques.
  • Maximized space utilization within trucks through effective stacking and arranging of packages, minimizing shipment delays.

  • Working in the Food Industry I would have to greet the patron by introducing myself and offering a drink

  • If they were in need of any of the following I would go to the Family Center and pick-up the items
  • If they didn't have them at the family center I would let one of the workers from the center know and they would order it for me
  • I would take the items back to the school and have the students take it home unless it was too big the parents would come and pick it up from the front office or if they didn't have transportation I would take it to the family home
  • In school I would be extra support in the kindergarten class
  • I would also help our with monitoring in recess and lunch
