Key achievements:

■ Mortgage Securities Trading Platform: Developed product strategy, roadmap and implementation plan for an innovative marketplace for mortgage TBAs and spec pools. Interviewed lenders, broker-dealers and hedge advisors to understand the complex dynamics of this multi-sided market, its user personas, goals, and journeys. Collaborated with business stakeholders and product designers to re-imagine the human to machine interface, integrate existing workflow touchpoints such as IB Chat, Tradeweb, Excel and email, and create a truly innovative trader experience.

■ Decentralized Exchange Accelerator and Governance Platform (Hedera): Collaborated with senior stakeholders at a Layer 1 DLT to develop and deploy an adoption strategy focused on blockchain developers. Led a global team of Web3 and smart contract developers and created a set of primitive components such as liquidity pools, upgradable smart contracts and a governance framework that could be used by project teams to accelerate development.

Shipped Windows 8.1 - Formulated and delivered on a cross-platform strategy for user identity and credential management across Windows, Windows Phone, Office, and Internet Explorer.
■ Enabled application developers to securely manage credentials incl. built-in support for roaming credentials across user’s Windows devices.
