Have had the pleasure to work at this very busy, beyond security restaurant/bar at PDX for many years. Preferring cocktail preparation, draft pouring for 20 seat bar top, along with making drinks for entire restaurant. This establishment is very fast passed due to challenge of flight times and making sure our guests have a quick, yet enjoyable experience. Food service, stocking of liquor and 30 kegs, money handling, with beginning and end of shift paperwork.

Popular neighborhood gentleman’s club. I was the opening weekend bartender for many years. Full service, and lottery. Money handling, entertainer manager for the shift. Light cooking duties when needed.

As an opening bartender I was responsible for setting up the restaurant for opening. Preformed book keeping and ATM filling before start of shift. Full premise family friendly neighborhood restaurant/bar. Full lottery experience and duties. Table service along with drink preparation. Money handing, stocking and cleaning of bar and restaurant.

As a night shift bartender, I would relieve day shift. Duties required shift change money counting and handling. Basic FOH service, table service, preparation of drinks and service of food. Full lottery experience. We had large events such as NFL, college, NBA, and UFC viewings.
