Owned one of the first yoga studios in the Tri-Cities region of New York State. From 2000 - 2023, instructed more than 5,000 restorative yoga classes in a vast array of environments to diverse kinds of people with extensively varied health conditions; all classes included asana, meditation, holistic health perspectives and eastern philosophy. From 2015 - 2020, in Tioga and Tompkins Counties, worked with a team of 3 other beekeepers to ethically care for 525 hives, benignly harvesting and then selling honey every week in the Green Market in Manhattan, but much more so, to help counter the phenomena known as bee colony collapse.
