I am a highly qualified, compassionate RN with broad experience in OB care, NICU and team leadership. I have 20+ years experience working on an LDRP unit which includes a level 2 NICU and I am competent in all the various positions listed below. I am currently a dayshift unit supervisor which entails doing everything from triage to labor, postpartum, circulating in the OB OR, NICU and transports, as well as scheduling and OB education. I also have an OB RNC specialty certification, STABLE certification, and current NRP. I have excellent communication abilities, strong clinical judgment with very good critical thinking skills and a commitment to fostering collaborative relationships within healthcare teams. I have an excellent bedside manner as I am very caring and compassionate with my patients. I also have experience in OB education as I have put on several skills fairs, and I am a member of our OB unit council. I also have experience in patient scheduling as well as nurse scheduling.
