Activities
I interned at Dismas Charities in El Paso, under the supervision of Mr. Hector Zamora, LMSW, aiding adult offenders reintegrating into society from federal or state prison systems. I supported counselors in preparing for various weekly offender groups and contributed to biopsychosocial assessments for new program entrants.
Additionally, I volunteered at the Catholic Parish of Santo Niño de Atocha, serving as the Youth Group Director for individuals aged 12-18. My role included ongoing guidance and mentorship. I actively engaged in providing the youth with spiritual education on a range of religious topics, including bible study.
