I carry my well-earned reputation as a dynamic and accomplished classroom teacher with a near decade of experience in middle school-level education, while demonstrating leadership abilities, exceptional communication, and organizational skills. I have a proven ability to cultivate a positive learning environment, foster student growth and relationships, and collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and administrators. I bring further skills in curriculum development, instructional planning, and student and data-driven assessment. I have grown to be adept at implementing innovative teaching strategies and integrating unique experiences to enhance learning outcomes. I am committed and passionate about the efforts to promote equity, diversity, and inclusion within our school community. Since completing my Educational Leadership degree, I am eager to leverage my expertise and passion for education in the role of assistant principal to support student success, teacher development, and our shared and continued school improvement visions.
