I am a sophomore at UCF majoring in Kinesiology, with plans to pursue the strength and conditioning track. Sports have always been a big part of my life. I have played recreational and competitive soccer and spent my high school years on varsity and club lacrosse. During this time, I developed a deep interest in fitness and sports medicine, fueled by my own personal wellness journey, especially in strength training and applying these aspects to improve my overall athletic performance.
I am passionate about exploring the educational and health aspects of athletics, working with athletes both on and off the field to help them reach their best performances.
While my direct experience in the field is just beginning, I am eager to learn, contribute, and grow wherever I can make an impact. I genuinely respect and appreciate all sports, and I believe I can diligently work alongside faculty and staff in such a dynamic environment, especially as UCF football and athletics continues to grow.
