While traveling with the down east boys I was able to not only be apart of multiple number one songs but was also voted into the top ten bass singers of the year. But the biggest blessing of all was getting to meet people on a personal level we were able to minister to.

I have owned my own landscaping and grading business since 2012. I had many responsibilities from managing employees to meeting clients and completing projects. In 2015 I felt the call to use my gift of voice and begin doing what I was called today by beginning to sing with some local groups around the area. While still running my business in 2017 I had the opportunity through a good friend of mine to try out for the down east boys and from that point until Covid I downsized my business and spent most of four years in full time singing ministry and loved every minute of it.After Covid I came off the road to continue my business on a full time basis but have since missed the calling of being involved in music to some aspect but also ministry opportunities. My wonderful wife Marla is the minister of music at guilford Baptist church in Greensboro and I have the privilege of getting to serve there with her.I believe this would be a great opportunity to use my talents while helping people spreading the gospel in song on radio and a chance to connect with people in ministry again.
