Perform monthly audits of production materials to ensure their correct location within the streamline and documenting it through Microsoft Excel.

Collaborate with departments and external agencies in order to meet their needs involving materials, along with my department’s needs.

▪ Promote a reliable environment for the materials department; assisting with co-workers needs, and broadening knowledge to become more useful.

▪ Carry out monthly safety walks and talks, address hazards and implement further mitigation towards that hazard.

Maintain awareness of yourself and the crew at all times during UPS aircraft unloading and loading.

▪ Keeping an effective communication between crew members and pilots using radios.

▪ Marshall in and out aircraft ensuring the runway is clear of any personnel or debris.
