Zach has been an employee on my team for two years at Lowe’s RDC 1440. Zach always showed a professional maturity beyond his youth and set goals for himself to achieve consistently throughout his career. Zach started as an associate and worked his way up into a performance trainer role displaying his commitment to grow. Zach did a tremendous job for us and ensured everyone he trained could do the proper methods upon completion of their training. Zach has always been a team player willing to jump into any role knowing it will help the team accomplish the larger goal. I have given Zach feedback on small improvements he can make to improve his work quality and I would see noticeable changes within a day. Most importantly the behaviors we discussed sustained well past that initial conversation showing Zach values and implements feedback well.
I will regret seeing him go but I am proud of him once again executing his plan of growth even if it’s not with Lowe’s. Regardless of where Zach lands if given the opportunity he will excel no matter the obstacle set in front of him.
