Zachary Waltman

Over the past 9 years of work experience, I have been in hundreds of customers' homes, classrooms, meetings, networking events, and many tense situations dealing with people. Over that span, I have honed in on interpersonal skills. From working collaboratively, empathizing to concerns, or convincing others of a perspective, my ability to work with and lead others is my strongest ability. My previous teacher positions were brief stints due to my wife and I moving to Greenville, SC. In those two periods, through trial and error, I learned a great deal about classroom management as well as new methods to deliver instruction. While I am well read on the subject matter being taught, I learned that classroom management is of the utmost importance to facilitate a positive and effective learning environment for the students. While I feel I have learned a great deal, I am always seeking to grow and improve my craft to help the students achieve success in a variety of forms.
