I create great experiences for partners and customers alike. As a Shift Supervisor, I run shifts, lead the store team and make decisions that impact store operations. As a leader at Starbucks, I have an opportunity to create a place of belonging and make an impact in the communities I serve. I spend my time running shifts with our customers at the core, through coaching your team and creating a positive learning environment to my partners on shift. I solve problems in the moment and I’m responsible for, alongside the store management team, to achieve results through making an impact and achieving goals and creating our best moments through operational excellence.
