I've been training in weightlifting since 2013 and in 2020 made the transition to powerlifting. I've competed twice in the sport and have worked with some great coaches who are extremely insightful and have increased my knowledge on form and technique ten fold. My plan is to continue to train and get a couple more competitions under my belt while never stopping my education in both strength and conditioning skills and technique.
