  • Here, my internship was focused more on the golf professional side of things. I had a well-rounded experience here, where I divided my time between shadowing the Director of Golf and the assistants as they gave lessons, I was a junior golf camp counselor for multiple weeks, I helped run tournaments, and helped run the shop.

  • Here my duties were focus more on the outside staff. I was able to learn how a prestigious country club is ran, with old town being ranked in the top 50 courses in the country by many different lists. My duties here were to make sure that the members every need was met. Alongside working on the outside staff, I worked in the shop some days if needed. I did everything in the shop from doing inventory, selling merchandise, ordering and displaying the merchandise, and learned a lot from Charles Frost, the Director of Golf at Old Town.

  • Oversaw daily operations of pro shop and directed outside staff activities. I made sure that outside staff was running smoothly, and I would occasionally help if needed. Coordinated tee time scheduling and helped design merchandise for the pro shop.
