Student Athlete At Centre College

Being a student athlete requires a significant commitment to both my team and my academic endeavors. Balancing my time can be very stressful as a student athlete. My role as a pitcher for the Centre College Colonels has taught me how to manage pressure and focus on the task at hand.

I appreciate the coaching I receive as I continually strive to get better. My coach, Drew Bresie, does a phenomenal job preparing us to be upstanding men in society. As a team we engage in various leadership and "grit" activities stressing the importance of putting the team above yourself. I also value the comradery I have gained with my teammates. I firmly believe that being part of a team makes you a more selfless individual.

I am forever impacted by our team's community service in the Dominican Republic working with young aspiring baseball players without the opportunities we have here in the United States.

I am proud to have received first team all conference and all region awards for the 2024 season.
