I was started young in Boy Scouts. Where I learned how to be meticulous and persistent not only in my work, but my day to day life. The skills I compounded helped me earn the rank of Eagle Scout. Eagle Scout is also something that you don’t earn once, for me it is a way of life and I have to uphold myself to that standard every day. This allowed me to become an experienced supervisor leading team members for on-time and safe job completion. Assigning tasks, train employees, providing feedback, mediation of interpersonal conflicts and implement company procedures. While also instilling leadership and vision which drives team to reach their goals.
