  • Develop scripts using Python for data management and migrating client digital assets.
  • Write code in JavaScript to create custom InDesign, Powerpoint, and Microsoft Word templates that integrate with OpenAsset.
  • Use OpenAsset REST API to update client systems. Provide information on the API to clients looking to make custom integrations with OpenAsset.
  • Identify, investigate, and report bugs. Configure integrations between OpenAsset and other applications, including Deltek Vision, Deltek Vantagepoint, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Communicated complex technical topics to non-technical clients such as Marketing Directors, Graphic Designers, Digital Marketing Managers, etc.
  • Troubleshoot a wide range of client inquiries relating to the OpenAsset InDesign Plugin, end-user networking issues, all features of OpenAsset, etc.
  • Work closely with clients, Customer Success Managers, Implementation Managers, and the Operations Team. Manage, prioritize, and resolve time-sensitive client support tickets.
