Responsible for the structures and avionics portion of the Viasat A321 Neo installation for Delta. These tasks included the buildup and installation of all wifi harnesses, termination of all coax/quadrax, installation of structure bracketry, and inspection of entire install avionics and structures installation.

As a Structures tech, I installed:

• Viasat on Delta's A220s.
• Winglets on Delta's 737s.
• Starlink on West Jet 737s.
• GoGo 2KU on Air Canada's 737's and A321s.
• Viasat on Delta's RJ's.
• Installed Hughes Net and EASA on a prototype Delta 717 in Birmingham, AL

All of these jobs consisted of drilling and installing doublers, intercostals, clips, adapter plates, steel straps, angles, winglets, and ballasts,

• Expert in splicing, soldering, and pinning aircraft wiring into cannon plugs and jacks
• Proficient in line maintaining, and the scheduled maintenance servicing of Military UH60 aircraft
• Performed avionics installations for: ICS systems, Smart Cycle, UHF, VHF, Tadiran HF, ADF, GPS systems, gyros, all coax cables. connectors, and antennas.

• Responsible for the electrical and avionics build-up, install, repair, troubleshoot and continuity checks for ALL electrical systems & wiring on Military OH58 and UH2 aircrafts
• Tested, troubleshot, and calibrated the following units while installed in the aircraft: IDU 450’s, Fuel Quantity, Radar Altimeter, and Pitot Static
• Personally built a stand-alone windshield wiper motor tester to calibrate the motors
• Responsible for servicing and charging all aircraft batteries
• Worked under a very tight schedule and short deadlines
• Occasionally helped sheet metal crew with panel build-ups

• Directed fellow employees the best direction for fastest most efficient install of all a/c types. (16 to 18 hour installation time).
