I've been employed over 3 years with HomeWorks Energy, and over 2 of those have been in a Crew Lead role. As a Crew Lead I am responsible for quality control of all work installed on the job site, doing physical and virtual paperwork for every job, as well as being hands on installing the insulation with my crew.
My daily roles as assistant manager included quality control of all food in our establishment, ordering food/products for our location, and helping with scheduling of all employees. After about one year with the company, I was asked to travel to newly opened locations all around Massachusetts to assist in the training of employees.
