Main duties include: Assisted customers in selecting appropriate carwash services to enhance satisfaction. Handled customer inquiries and resolved issues promptly to ensure positive experiences. Maintained cleanliness and organization of service areas to promote a welcoming environment. At all times, operating carwash equipment following safety protocols.

Worked primarily in the sales department. Doing so, I further enhanced my skills of working under pressure and stress effectively. Alongside, I learned the importance of honesty with customers and further sharpened my customer service skills.

While employed at Parker Wellbore, I worked as a bench roustabout. Duties included; working on heavy machinery, lifting up to 180lbs, checking warehouse inventory, handling drill pipe, ice road deliveries, safely handling chemicals, and other duties as needed.

Washed cars and prepped for painting. Duties included: sanding, buffing, and detailing. Also assisted with collision repair, shop upkeep, maintained clear communication, and refurbishing.

As a deckhand at a commercial fishing operation, duties included: setting gear, picking fish, selling fish to customers, and cleaning the boat. Shifts included three times per week, each shift consisting of eight hours.
