The biggest part of the background that will apply to leadership here at Pali would be the time in West Virginia 4-H. Growing up in the program and eventually worked for the University to ensure the success of those 15 separate county camps, 9 state summer camps, and the 2 years that I was considered a returner, assisted in the training of over one hundred new Extension Camping Instructors.
