  • Personally changed, maintained, qualled, and did extensive troubleshooting on a multitude of gas delivery systems. ie. Gas manifold panels, Gas manifold cabinets, VMB's, and took diligent care of bulk delivery systems as well.
  • Changed Non-hazardous and hazardous gases to support areas' tool needs, in a safe and effective manner.
  • Resolved problems, improved operations within group needs, and provided exceptional and timely service whenever engineers or other groups were in need.
  • Paid attention to detail while completing assignments such as rounds, gas changeouts, PMs, Quals, and other more individual tasks.
  • Completed intensive general labor tasks such as loading and unloading cylinders, cleaning up various gas farms, and operating heavy machinery, such as bulk systems and other tool-related parts.
  • Identified possible issues within our groups' process, analyzed information, and provided timely and efficient solutions to problems.

  • Performed general maintenance on ATLAS abatement systems, Neslab heat exchangers, CDO's. ETO racks. Including but limited to, taking apart, cleaning, fixing and rebuilding portions of these tools.

  • Solely monitored storage and inventory for a multitude of different gasses, from N2O, C2F6, Ammonia, Silane, to TEOS and WF6 in other groups.
  • Was forward thinking and eager to help, an create new rounds for CVD group as well as managing rounds for Plasma and Metals groups.
  • Took initiative and was one of the main factors in founding a new gas delivery group in the name of moving closer to the industry standard. Took large but necessary steps in order to maintain and manage new group responsibilities.
  • Personally trained and managed three new hires for the group on all of the job expectations and the daily task's all whilst managing my own as well.
  • Joined and excelled in ERT and safety classes as a level 3 ERT member, certified in CPR and AED usage.
  • Passed DHS background checks and worked closely with extremely hazardous materials whilst keeping a heavy priority on safety.
  • Was main and sole backup for shift leads, and more advanced technicians when they were on vacation/LOA and was reliably performing the extra tasks that were associated with them being OOO.
