- Initiate and manage all renovation, capital, and operational projects for our institutional portfolio consisting of 24 residential properties with nearly 1,600 apartments, common spaces, and parking facilities

- Managed key relationships with government stakeholders, not-for-profit development partners, and banks to obtain approvals, negotiate development agreements, and achieve the best underwriting outcomes
- Built and maintained financial models to underwrite potential LIHTC and bond-financed projects
- Oversaw the review and preparation of construction hard and soft cost draws totaling up to $4M per month
- Worked with design professionals and property management agents to develop project specifications that align with operational efficiency standards

- Oversaw a portfolio of housing rehabilitation projects including contract negotiation, project scheduling, and creating financial packages in the form of public funding for clients
- Conducted market research in the City of Albany in order to best invest nearly $1 million of New York State funding to acquire, renovate ten distressed properties and install solar panels on commercial buildings
- Drafted a block by block redevelopment plan for the Sheridan Hollow neighborhood as it relates to its designation as a Phase II Brownfield Opportunity Area, the City of Albany rezoning process, and community input
- Acted as a data manager and GIS analyst to write informative one-pagers, reports, and strategy maps
- Worked with CenterState CEO on the AmeriCorps VISTA Community Prosperity Initiative to carry out neighborhood revitalization planning and poverty-alleviation
