I have held many positions during my tenure. I have been a weld line lead on more than one occasion, leading my teams to try achieve weekly scheduled goals. I have also been a weld group lead, leading multiple lines to achieve weekly schedule goals. Finally, I was a supervisor for 2 years on 3rd shift, utilizing various skills to help the shift be successful. Currently, I am a certified weld trainer for the facility, administering weld tests, and helping new hires become efficient.
