  • From packing I was offered a transfer to an active position on the floor. clearing jams on conveyor belts, small maintenance on packing stations, limiting and maintaining safety violations on the floor and making sure all packages were on the belt.
  • This position improved my work ethic by giving me higher responsibilities and handling them under pressure. While also being up to expectations with the floor managers.
  • After that I was then asked to be brought on to leadership position.
  • In this position I handled damaged, missing, or any other issue with the product, on a computer.
  • This position also included hunting down high priority orders and making sure they shipped on time.
