I have been working in kitchens for over a decade starting as a dishwasher at EVO. I worked my way to sous in about 3 years and eventually helping them open another location as the CDC about a year before COVID. After leaving there, after the initial dine in reopening, I went on to work in a few more local businesses in Charleston SC to hone my skills and learn new techniques. Leading back to management, and soon after becoming the Executive chef of the kitchen that I got my start in before moving to Portland.
