Zachary Weiler

I started as a concrete laborer and after 2 years i moved into the lead set position for my crew. While in the lead set position i helped train other employees and made sure that work was completed in a timely manor and up to set standards. I also operated the skid steer and set string line grades for the forms as well as helped maintenance equipment. I also helped finish concrete when need, which helped give me experience with finishing concrete. Last year i started training to become a concrete finisher and within several months i was fully moved into the concrete finisher position. I have used many tools to complete these jobs such as many different hand tools and power tools along with operating heavy equipment such as skid steers and telehandler.

I installed various siding materials and roofing materials. I also used metal breaks to bend material for window and door wraps. I used many different siding hand tools and power tools to complete the tasks at hand. I also operated a telehandler when needed.

I did many tasks with this job in my 7 years with this company. I installed various roofing materials from asphalt shingles, to metal roofing both standing seam and pro rib. I installed EPDM rubber roofing, and i have done complete resheeting of the roofs. I used many different hand tools and power tools as well as pneumatic tools tools to complete jobs. I also drove work trucks and operated the telehandler.
