• Conduct in-depth financial modeling to evaluate potential SFR acquisition opportunities, ensuring alignment with investment goals.
• Perform market research to assess neighborhood trends, housing demand, and rental rates to support investment decisions.
• Support the acquisition team in underwriting SFR properties, performing market comp analyses, and drafting investment reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams on the due diligence process, including property inspections, title reviews, and appraisal analysis.
• Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, agent, and wholesalers to identify potential acquisition targets.
• Lead full-cycle acquisition processes, including deal sourcing, due diligence, and closing.
