My ambition created opportunities to work as a manager for a landscaping company, which gave me hands on experience coordinating employees and potential clients. Shortly after I attended Eastern community college to further my understanding of the different kinds of leadership and routines.
I started at Pilgrims Pride to gain entry level experience in industrial maintenance as a part time position. I was promoted in less than a year to a full time position where I now work as a level 2 technician. Through my ambition and thirst for knowledge I have advanced rapidly above my peers and intend to stay there.

Maintenance Technician
1 Year 9 Months- Conducted preventive maintenance on conveyors, motors, and Embrex setter and hatcher machines to ensure optimal operational performance.
- Continual inspections of 144 Embrex machines tri-hourly to record temperature and humidity differences throughout the building.
- Formaldehyde dosing throughout 72 hatcher machines wearing required PPE such as gloves and a respirator mask.
- Performing maintenance tasks to fix or replace broken components within mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Components include 3-phase motors, control and display boards, pneumatic actuated lifts, hydraulic pumps, heating elements, fans, and chains.
- Taking required maintenance classes to learn and apply new skills through hands on and virtual teaching methods.
General Manager of Operations
1 Year 3 Months- Contacted potential clients, built neighborhood networks, and followed up with past clients to strengthen business relationships and encourage future engagement work for the company.
- Created promotional material, logo design, and ran ads on social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram, and Angie's list.
- Coordinated with clients to create quotes for landscaping projects and scheduling work.
- Coordinating with employees to encourage well done work and scheduling work and deadlines that must be met.
