• As a team leader in my reserve unit (Bravo Company, 1/25), my responsibilities were to make sure that all of my gear was organized for myself and for the Marines under my command. This meant constantly checking to make sure we had everything we needed, and that nothing was lost. This meant paying a lot of attention to detail.
• Other responsibilities were to make sure that my fireteam was on time and ready to go when given instructions. This means delegating correctly, and making sure to get the correct information first.

• Initially, I was pulling the chairs for the guests to make sure the chair did not hit or harm anyone/anything.
• I was occasionally given foreman responsibilities after a few weeks. This meant monitoring lift machinery for proper function at the control screen of the lift.

• Reason for departure: The job was only seasonal. I never went back because of a lack of interest.
