o 12 hour Maintenance shutdowns, New building start ups, and technician coverages.

o While being a part of the travel team I’ve gained experience working with other brands/types of conveyance that are not at my home site. (TransNorm, Inteligrated, and Vanderlande)

· Sites traveled to:

o LGA5 – Edison, New Jersey – 2 week start up

o MIA1 – Miami, Florida – 12 hour shut down

o MCO1 – Orlando, Florida – 12 Hour shut down

o FAT1 - Fresno, California - 2 week coverage

o BOI2 - Boise, Idaho - 12 hour shutdown

o STX4 - Pasadena, Texas - 1 week new building start up

Certs/classes: NFPA 70E, CPR, Forklift, Sissor lift/WAVE, AR/Robotics, Reliability & Maintenance Engineering Bootcamp, OSHA 10.

· Complete pre-assigned Preventative maintenance tasks on (Interol and Siemens) cross belt sorter conveyor systems, (Hilmot Model 1000) Mechlite power roller conveyance system, and Gaylord dumpers. Electric motor repair, Pneumatic powered machine repair.

· Repair/replace damaged/non-functioning equipment, install new equipment as needed.

· Assist Operations during sort times with ON CALL issues.

• Programmable Logic Controller maintenance/repair and robotics experience.

• Dismantle and inspect commerical/Industrial water pumps for damages
• Write detailed reports on condition of pump and document replacement parts needed
• Install new bearings, balance impellers, and shafts.
• Reassemble pumps with new parts and pressure test final product

• Dismantle motors and generators, Photo and document damages and parts need for repair.
• Recondition frame and install new coils, Install armature circuit and field circuit wiring following blueprints.
• Hi-pot, surge, AC drop, DC drop, and ductor test new coils and wired circuits.
• TIG weld and solder copper pole face bar connections using TIG welder and Induction welder.
• Insulation paint inside frame, paint outside frame apply shine coat.
• Build armature, Install slingers, races, new bearings, bearing housings, and end bells.
• Float armature into frame, check run outs, end play, and magnetic center.
• Set Magnetic Neutral, adjust brush ring/arms, check SPAN of brush arms.
• Test run motors.
• Prepare motors/generators for storage or shipment.

• Disassemble and clean parts
• Pull new and replacement parts from inventory
• Sandblast and paint motors
• Ressemble motors with new parts, and test final product.
• Put motors in creates and prepare for shipping.
