  • I operate two machine's.
  • whey room where I run the machine from a control screen and adjust it to make it run correctly. That goes with washing the machine, making sure all wash's are in concentration range.
  • HTST 1 is pasteurizing milk through a separator which makes skim milk and cream for cottage vats and various other tasks come with this part of my job. Like washing lines, silos, moving cream or milk all around. This part of the jobs a lot of focus because its constant multitasking. And making sure you are doing it clean and doing it safely.
  • I'm also a mentor here. That includes me doing on the job training.
