Valeting/Parking guestsvehicles in our specific parking lot and returning there vehicle right away. Near the end of the shift I have to make sure that every vehicle in the lot is locked.
responding to questions and requests in effcient and professional manner, helping them with anything they need.
Storing or returning guest belongings. Taking responsibility of the luggage of our guests when they arrive in our hotels. All in compliance with the rules of handling and with the appropriate procedures, to guarantee there safety.
Providing excellent customer service, greeting all guests, and Directing traffic to insure guests are safe. Giving guests the best possible experience and making magic!
I did the club 33 event for at the Disney’s yacht club, which we valeted over 100 cars. I also attended at the Disney legacy event at Disneys contemporary resort. We cheered and congratulated the cast members for there great accomplishment! We valeted over 200 cars there. I also worked at Disneys all stars resorts we had to load up over thousands of bags in box trucks. I also had to go deliver goodie bags to all the rooms.
Completed nightly emails to all levels of management about customer & employee relations that happens daily.
Log in & returning valet tickets in our computer system. Handling cash/credit card payments.
