-Develop and maintain Key Accounts across the world, promoting aluminum and titanium forgings in the Aerospace industry. Including Safran, Collins Aerospace, Honeywell, Parker-Hannifin, and Pratt & Whitney.
-Responsible for maintaining and growing accounts, annual sales over $200M annually.
-Manage day to day activities on critical product lines, specifically Aircraft Wheel & Brake and Forged fan blades. Regularly meeting with Executive Leaders from other businesses to ensure expectations were met.
-Work cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and Commercial Teams to support customer needs as well as our internal targets.
-Extensive involvement in pricing discussions and LTA extensions with key customers.
-Build relationships at a Senior Management level to provide and obtain critical information regarding market trends and opportunities.
-Identify new growth opportunities within the aerospace forging market.
• Manage and grow existing accounts while also identifying new opportunities in Northeast Ohio
• Analyze territory performance and sales data using CRM / Salesforce software
• Develop and execute account-specific targets using opportunity-oriented sales approach
• Provide technical training and support for chemical adhesive portfolio to customers
• Consistently delivery territory growth exceeding yearly forecasts
• Create and improve CNC programs for aluminum flow forming machines
• Work directly with QA, Design, and Production teams to improve wheel quality and manufacturing process
• Lead product trials from ingot through forge, including wide-base trial at Monterrey, Mexico facility
• Helped drive record low scrap rates in addition to record high throughput rates for Cleveland facility
• Part of cross-functional team that won SOT award for saving $1.7MM YOY by realigning product mix
• Participated in Technical Emerging Leader Development Program (TELED 2018)
