Zackary Golaszewski

Throughout my tenure at TPR I have been through every department multiple times (Shredder, MRP, Steel Yard, Non Ferrous) learning a multitude of skills and operations procedures. However, the majority of my time has been at Non Ferrous honing my skills of leadership, material grading, inventory management, shredded metals sales/scheduling, direct sales, material processing and scheduling feeder yard transfers.

I was head coach for the boys 9th and 10th teams. I dealt with a running practices with up to 20 kids in the gym at a time, scheduling tournaments, developing young men into future leaders and managing parents emotions.

Dealt with day to day operations at a private gymnasium in downtown Houston, Texas. Work included obtaining and documenting payments, scheduling court times, gym maintenance, snack and beverage sales and greeting at front desk.
