In my time at Dicks Sporting Goods, I have been promoted twice within my store, starting at cashier and working my way up to Team Sports Department Lead. This involves overseeing the daily operations of the Team Sports department. This role has required me to lead other team members and organize operations on a day to day basis, along with being a leader within the store and an expert in all things related to team sports.
