When I am not working, in my spare time, I assist my father in coaching for the YMCA basketball team. I play varsity basketball for Barry Goldwater High School. I am taking teen leadership classes at the YMCA. I mentor at risk youth from my past elementry school. I place emphasis on living a drug and alcohol free lifestyle. I emphasize the importance of being a leader, and not a follower. We work on self esteem building, and being comfortable being yourself. I locate, and facilitate community activities for us to participate in making our community better. The most important aspect of mentoring the kids is teaching self awareness, and being accountable for yourt choices and deicisions.
