Water certified license was given to me recently by the IICRC. This accomplishment shows I can learn quickly and aim to serve others as well as having great respect and a need to continue learning and completing tasks and beyond that are given to me.

Additional Information

What I have learned in customer service is it is important to serve those that you work with, along with guests or clients. I wish to serve others as a great leader would. I have been out in situations that have tested far beyond what I knew I was capable of, however, they have helped me realize that staying calm during hard situations can elevate workplace performance.
